Donna Rowan, M.Ed., CCMA, RMA Director, Medical Assistant Program | CCBC

Donna Rowan, MA, CCMA, RMA is a seasoned medical assistant and veteran instructor and program director at the Community College of Baltimore County.  Donna earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the College of Notre Dame and her Master of Arts Degree in Education, Teaching and Learning from Purdue University.  Prior to coming to CCBC, Donna was the Assistant Director of Education at TESST College for 5 years at Harford Community College as the Medical Assisting/Allied Health Coordinator for 5 years.  Donna has been at CCBC as the Medical Assistant Program Director for more than 10 years.  Donna is highly regarded in the medical assisting community and was recently asked to become a Site surveyor team member for MAERB (Medical Assisting Education Review Board) or the Commission on Accreditation for Allied Health Education Programs.  Donna is highly respected by students, colleagues and professionals outside of CCBC.
